A host of top-of-the-range boats are to be showcased at a premier event for those with a love of watersports.
Taking place from August 17th to August 19th at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg, the Absa National Boat Show will feature a wide array of vessels and equipment that is sure to interest anyone who is passionate about activities such as scuba diving, power-boating, fishing and sailing.
With an expected turnout of 30,000 attendees, the event will have numerous boats of all shapes and sizes, Sports Guide reports.
Speaking about some of the top-quality vessels that are to be displayed, Derrick Levy of Boating World commented: "The Riviera M360 comes fitted with an airconditioner and generator, has a teak deck and platform and is the ultimate entertainment package.
"It is even fitted with a braai (barbeque)! The M360 is ideal for lakes like Hartebeespoort Dam or the Vaal Dam, yet is equally at home on the ocean. If the urge grabs you, you could very comfortably travel from Durban to Mozambique and enjoy awesome holidays aboard this one-of-a-kind cruiser."
The Absa National Boat Show will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 on the Friday, and from 09:00 to 18:00 on the Saturday and Sunday.
