Visitors to Durban have the opportunity to watch performances from some of the industry's most seasoned comics.
Wow Comedy Jamz is scheduled for April 23rd in the Playhouse Drama Theatre and features home grown talent John Vlismas, ex soapstar Trevor Noah and a variety of others.
Those on holiday to South Africa are guaranteed a laugh if they attend the show.
Mr Vlismas has worked in a few roles such as television presenting and writing for theatre shows. His quick wit ensured he was one of the youngest comedians with a national circuit.
The comic has also performed internationally from Montreal to Melbourne.
He impressed software giant Microsoft so much that he has been booked for corporate events. Mr Vlismas is aware how important comedy is to his culture.
"Comedy is more universal than any one language or social climate. Our scene is a baby, but babies grow up," said Mr Vlismas
Trevor Noah has worked in many venues and started his career as a soap actor and radio DJ.
