Football fans on holidays and honeymoons in South Africa last night (July 22nd) saw Manchester United play their second of three games in the country, beating the Orlando Pirates 1-0 at Durban's Absa stadium.
This means that the Red Devils are unbeaten as they head into the final match of the Vodacom Challenge tournament on Saturday, after they drew 1-1 with Kaizer Chiefs at the weekend.
Manchester United youngster Lee Martin scored the only goal of the game in Durban, meaning that the Pirates now face a difficult path to reach the final.
They will have to beat the Chiefs when the two sides meet in Port Elizabeth on Thursday in order to book a place in Saturday's game, which people on South Africa holidays will be able to see in Pretoria.
Those who were able to make it to last night's game got the chance to see some of United's top players in action, including Wayne Rooney, Paul Scholes, Michael Carrick and Rio Ferdinand.
Visitors to South Africa can look forward to plenty more footballing action in less than two years' time when the country hosts the 2010 World Cup.
