Anyone considering taking a honeymoon in South Africa may wish to consider going to the Breedekloof Outdoor Festival in October this year.
Activities available at the event include quad-biking, paintballing, helicopter trips and archery, reports WhatsOnWhen.com.
In addition to this, attendees will be able to take part in a tagged fishing contest and listen to live music in the bars and cellars around Breedekloof.
Budding gourmets will be able to sample cuisine such as oysters to spitbraai as well as a number of award winning local wines.
Children will also be catered for at the festival with pony rides, farm animal petting and face painting.
Competitive visitors may enter a variety of contests such as the Deetlefs Night Run through the regions vineyards.
Breedekloof is 90 kilometres from Cape Town and is a leading producer of sweet wines and a favourite destination for trout fishermen, according to Encounter South Africa.
