Today is devoted to game viewing with your guide in Tsavo National Park.
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Tsavo, one of the largest national parks in Kenya at over 7,000 square miles (11,747 square kilometers) and is named for the Tsavo River, which flows through it. Tsavo East is generally flat, with dry plains across which the Galana River flows, whilst Tsavo West is more mountainous and wetter with grasslands, savanna and swamps.
Wildlife in Tsavo is diverse and abundant, and the park is known for its birdlife and for large mammals. Tsavo is also home to a black rhino sanctuary.
Please note - lodge is not fully accessible, but is used as an essential overnight stop.
