Day 1
You will be met at Cape Town Airport and transferred to your hotel in this beautiful city, within sight of Table Mountain.
  
Check in and relax in your magnificent surroundings.
Day 2
Today your host will collect you for a full day tour of Cape Town.
 
Weather permitting, we start by ascending Table Mountain by cable car, to enjoy one of the world’s most famous views, before a short tour of the "Mother City" to view sites of historical and architectural interest.
 
We continue to the fishing village of Hout Bay for a short boat trip to view Cape Fur seals at Seal Island (you will be lifted onto the boat in your wheelchair - not possible for heavy or power chairs).
 
We complete our day with a visit to beautiful Kirstenbosch Gardens, which is world renowned for its wide diversity of fynbos and protea, before returning to your hotel.
Day 3
Transfer to the Clock Tower on the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for the ferry to Robben Island, the infamous prison home of Nelson Mandela. The guides are all former prisoners, each able to provide their own personal insight into conditions on the island and a very poignant experience.
 
Balance of day free to explore the shops and restaurants of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
 
Note: You will be lifted onto the ferry in your wheelchair - not suitable for heavy or power chairs
Day 4
Today enjoy a full day tour to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.
  
Enjoy wonderful ocean views, as we drive around the Cape Peninsula from Muizenberg to naval Simonstown, where we stop at Boulders Beach to see the resident penguin colony. We continue to Cape Point where we hope to see ostrich, baboons and perhaps even dolphins or whales in season (August to November).
  
At Cape Point we take a funicular ride to the Old Lighthouse (wheelchair accessible), before returning to Cape Town via spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive (when open) or the Old Cape Road.
Day 5
Enjoy a full day in the Cape Winelands, visiting several famous wine estates in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. You may select the wine estates you wish to visit, or allow your guide to make recommendations.
  
Also explore the historic town of Stellenbosch, where you can browse amongst the interesting craft shops and street markets and visit one of the fascinating museums.
  
In the evening you have the opportunity of dining in one of several outstanding local restaurants (advance reservations essential in season).
Day 6
At leisure to relax in the beautiful Cape Winelands, surrounded by its mountains and vineyards.
 
Take an optional tour of the famous wine routes of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl with many opportunities for wine tasting, or independently explore the historic university town of Stellenbosch with its many street markets, craft shops and museums. Later relax and enjoy the superb food and wines of this region.
Day 7
Transfer to Cape Town Airport for your flight home.
