Booking Form which will need to be signed and
returned to us at the address below in order to confirm
a booking:

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Booking
Conditions (on pages 3 & 4 of the
Booking Form), as this contains the terms and
conditions of your contract with 2 by 2 Holidays. Flight Delays
We cannot accept responsibility for any delays that
you might experience with your flights. Remember the
roads will be busy so allow enough travelling time to
cover unexpected delays. Airlines sometimes also
overbook passengers, so therefore please arrive early -
at least 3 hours before departure.
Payment Terms
For most land arrangements, a non-refundable deposit
of £200 per person is payable at the time of booking.
Additional deposits may be required for flights, luxury
trains and certain limited availability resorts, in
which case you will be advised at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment is due 60 days before
departure. Bookings for which full payment is not
received on due date will lapse.
Insurance
You must be medically fit to travel and be covered by
comprehensive personal holiday insurance as a condition
of booking our holiday. This will protect you in the
event of illness during your holiday, or in the event of
needing to cancel your holiday, as cancellation charges
apply.
Financial Security
As we are members of the Travel Trust Association and
fully ATOL bonded,
full consumer protection is assured.
Price Increases
Once we have accepted payment for your holiday in
full, the price cannot be increased. However until then,
we reserve the right to increase the price quoted on
this website if there is a material adverse fluctuation
in the exchange rate or due to price increases by our
suppliers. Alternatively we may change your
accommodation to avoid a price increase. If this price
change exceeds 10% of the quoted price, you will have
the option of cancelling your holiday and receiving a
full refund, except for holiday insurance premiums and
any amendment fees.
