Weather
Cape Town has a Mediterranean climate, with a warm
dry summer and a short wet winter.
October to March (the summer months) are generally
regarded as the best months to visit Cape Town, although
the whale-watching season starts earlier and runs from
July to November. The West Coast wild flowers bloom from
mid August to mid September.
Remember the seasons are opposite to Europe.
