Visit the infamous Zulu Battlefields at Isandlwana, where a series of tactical blunders resulted in the greatest ever defeat of the mighty British Army. Continue to Rorke's Drift where honour was restored by a handful of survivors, who earned 11 Victoria Crosses that day.

For those interested in the Anglo Boer War to there is also the opportunity to visit the graves atop bloody Spioenkop, the siege museum at Ladysmith, the Churchill capture site at Frere, Colenso and other sites of military interest.
