Day 1
Arrive Cape Town Airport and meet your Cricket
Test host, who will transfer you to your luxury hotel.
Check in and relax in your magnificent surroundings,
before enjoying a special Welcome dinner this evening.
Days 2 and 3
Your cricketing holiday starts today as players are
transferred to play Club Cricket against
appropriately matched local clubs for the next two days,
whilst enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate and
endless blue skies of Cape Town.
Each day enjoy a full day of cricket, including a
light lunch, before socialising with the opposing team
over dinner – typically a traditional South African
barbeque (“braai”).
All cricketing arrangements will be made for you,
including grounds and balls. An umpire will also be
provided if required.

Cape Point Tour (half day)
Day 4
Today is free for independent sightseeing in Cape
Town.
You will be given a day pass for the convenient red
Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, which stops at all Cape
Town’s key sights and beaches. Start by ascending
Table Mountain by cable car to enjoy one of the
world’s most famous views and continue to Camps Bay
beach and the V&A Waterfront.
Alternatively choose one of the many local excursions
available, such as to the beautiful Stellenbosch
Winelands or Robben Island, the infamous
prison home of Nelson Mandela.
Day 5
Enjoy another day of enjoyable South African Club
Cricket against an appropriately matched local club
– this time an exciting Day/Night game, played
under floodlights!
After play enjoy socialising with the opposing side,
then venture out and explore the Victoria & Alfred
Waterfront, which is the centre of Cape Town’s
nightlife.
NON-PLAYERS
Robben Island (half day)
Day 6
Return transfer to Cape Town Airport for your
2-hour flight to Johannesburg.
You will be met at Johannesburg Airport and
transferred to the beautiful malaria-free Pilanesberg
Game Reserve, a 2-hour drive through the rural North
West Province.
After checking into your luxury game lodge, enjoy
your first game drive in an open-top game viewing
vehicle in this superb Big Five game reserve,
which is uniquely situated inside an extinct volcano.
Hopefully see elephants, lions, antelope and a wide
variety of other game, before enjoying dinner in your
warm African surroundings.
Day 7
Up early this morning, when viewing conditions are at
their best, for another open-top game drive in
the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. We hope to see more
of the Big Five today: lion, buffalo, rhino,
elephant and leopard – as well as giraffe, wildebeest,
crocodiles, hippos, antelope and many other interesting
species, before returning to the lodge for breakfast.
The rest of the morning is at leisure. Visit the
neighbouring gaming resort of Sun City, or relax
beside the lodge swimming pool and visit the viewing
hide. In the afternoon return to Pilanesberg Game
Reserve for another open-top game drive, before
dining at the lodge in the atmosphere that only the
African bushveld can provide!
Day 8
Enjoy another early morning open-top game drive
before breakfast and your return transfer to
Johannesburg Airport.
