Vehicles

Open top safari vehicle

All our touring vehicles are air-conditioned, comprehensively insured and licensed to the standards required by the South African Tourism authority (THETA). Vehicles have radio/CDs and power steering.

For Private Tours we use a 7/9-seater VW Microbus, Toyota Condor or similar. For touring holidays of more than 2 days duration, all seats are window seats (i.e. maximum of 5/6 per minibus).   For transfers, day tours and large groups, we use appropriately sized vehicles.

Open-top safari vehicles differ from park to park, but all offer superb game viewing opportunities. In the winter months open game drives can be very cold in the early morning and late afternoon, so do wear suitable clothing.
