Coronavirus: a message to our customers
If you are due to travel shortly we will be in touch to support and guide you, based on current Foreign Office advice.
 
If you are ready to start planning you next holiday, our 'Book with Confidence' pledge has been created to give you peace of mind. For new bookings made before 30 June 2021, we will not charge if you need to move your holiday dates or change to a new destination due to Covid-19, up to 60 days prior to travel. You can move your holiday to any time up to 31 December 2022 or 12 months from your departure date, whichever is later*. If you are unsure of your future travel plans when you need to make this change, we will provide you with a 100% travel credit note.

We may need to adjust the cost of your trip to reflect any seasonal differences. Sometimes non-refundable deposits are required by local suppliers, which would be specified prior to booking. If you are unable to travel, we would secure a credit note for future travel from these suppliers, but you would not get a cash refund for these items. Flights that have already been issues will be subject to the rules of your airline & therefore may not be refundable or changeable. All other terms and conditions remain as standard.

Meet the Team

Claire was born in South Africa & spent much of her adult life in Africa, before returning to the UK. As managing director she travels extensively searching for new ideas & has many adventures under her belt, including canoeing down the Zambezi, walking in the Okavango & tracking gorillas in Uganda. She has travelled throughout Southern & East Africa - including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar & Mozambique. She has also explored much of Latin America including Peru, Ecuador & Galapagos, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil & Mexico, as well as India & Sri Lanka.
Melissa was born in the heart of Sussex, but when she fell in love with a South African she hung up her wellies and moved to Durban for 5 years to pursue working in travel. They were married on a beautiful African beach, before returning to the UK.  As our sales manager she travels frequently and has explored Southern & East Africa in depth - including Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania & Zanzibar. She has also travelled to India, Mexico and Peru.
 
Rhona was born in Scotland but moved to "sunny" England over 30 years ago. She is a keen competitive golfer, with many club and county trophies to her name. She enjoys travelling and has visited South Africa several times & Sheldrick Elephants release station in Kenya. She has spent many winter months exploring Thailand and has travelled extensively in the United States & Scandinavia. She has also visited Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica & Bahamas.
 
Sharron is an accomplished photographer and keen artist, who enjoys lino-cut printing and painting in acrylics. She also enjoys skiing and walking in the Alps and is passionate about music, enjoying nothing better than a live gig. She is also qualified to give acupressure and relaxation therapies. She has a passion for travel, with her most recent trip being to the Kalahari in South Africa.
Kate grew up in Rutland and has always been passionate about travel. Her mother was born in Assam, and India still captures her imagination after several visits. After university at St Andrews, she spent time teaching English in Madagascar. Her honeymoon was spent in Argentina and Brazil, and Buzios remains a firm favourite. Now married with two lovely children, she holidays in Europe but can't wait to get back to the wildlife of Kaziranga, the backwaters of Kerala and the beaches of Goa.
 
Stephanie was born in South Africa and has a passion for travel and wildlife. She has been on safari in both Southern and East Africa and has visited India, Costa Rica, Seychelles, USA, Canada and Japan. She has also travelled extensively in Europe and Australia is next on her bucket list. In her spare time she enjoys horse ridig and walking Toby, her Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
Dianne Ceresa Marketing Consultant
Dianne is our marketing consultant. She is passionate about responsible tourism and loves the outdoors. She has trekked in the Pyrenees, Himalayas and Costa Rica and has visited the San Blas Islands in Panama. She has cycled in Ecuador, driven along the Garden Route in South Africa and been on safari in Kenya, Botswana, Namibia and Kruger. She has also visited Mauritius and Reunion Island, which holds a special place in her heart.
 
Brian has travelled the world with his backpack and motor bike, including India, Asia and Europe. He has developed and manages our travel management system and website. Brian is a keen rugby supporter and we doubt there is anyone alive who has attended more live Bruce Springsteen concerts than he has!
 
Eleen is our accountant. She was born in Malaysia and has travelled throughout South East Asia - including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. She has also visited China and Australia. One of her favourite travel moments was exploring a crystal cave in Thailand in a tiny boat and seeing spectacular stalagmites & stalagtites.
 
 
Nigel looks after our office technology. He has travelled to many destinations, including road tripping through the USA and Australia. One of his most memorable adventures was travelling by motor cycle through Europe. He has also spent time in India enjoying many new cultural experiences.
 
Bella is an integral member of our team. Along with long walks in the Hertfordshire countryside, she enjoys the occasional treat of cheese and keeps the team in good spirits. She is a good traveller, having visited Wales & the Lake District. She now has Scotland in her sights.
