Meet the Team

Kate is a senior travel consultant who has always been passionate about travel. Her mother was born in Assam and she has travelled many times to India, which still captures her imagination. She has taught English in Madagascar & travelled to South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Bali, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Fiji. She has also been on a thrilling expedition cruise to Antarctica.
 
Jackie is a senior travel consultant with over 30 years’ experience, including having been a branch manager at Thomas Cook. She has a huge passion for travel and has explored many parts of the world including the Galápagos Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, the USA, Thailand, Bali, Canada, South Africa, Tanzania, the Seychelles and Mauritius. As a keen skier, she can help you plan your skiing holiday, and she’s also an expert on cruising. Away from travel, Jackie is a keen runner and has completed the London marathon twice.
Alison has over 30 years of global travel experience and a deep passion for Africa. She has returned many times for its wildlife, landscapes and cultures, with recent trips including gorilla and chimp trekking in Uganda and Rwanda. Her safari knowledge spans Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and Kenya, while a fly-safari across Tanzania remains a standout journey. India is another favourite, inspiring her with its culture, cuisine, palaces and backwaters. Tracking Bengal tigers in Madhya Pradesh is among her personal highlights. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic, Alison creates tailor-made holidays that truly capture the spirit of adventure.
 
Krishna brings over 20 years’ experience and extensive first-hand knowledge of India and Sri Lanka to the 2by2 team. She returns often for their landscapes, wildlife and warm hospitality. She is also passionate about Africa, having explored South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Botswana and Namibia on safari, with strong expertise in both Big Five viewing and specialist wildlife encounters. Her further travels span Latin America and beyond, including the Amazon and Galápagos, Peru’s mountain lodges, the jungles and beaches of Costa Rica and even far-flung St Helena where she went swimming with whale sharks.
 
Rhona was born in Scotland but moved to ‘sunny’ England over 30 years ago.  A keen competitive golfer, she has many county trophies to her name. Naturally, Rhona’s first love is travel, with Africa topping her list of favourite destinations. Indeed, she’s been fortunate enough to visit South Africa on several occasions, while a trip to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya ranks high among her top travel experiences. Elsewhere, Rhona has spent many winter months exploring Thailand and has travelled extensively in the United States and Scandinavia. She has also visited Tanzania, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the Seychelles, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica & the Bahamas.
 
Tom is fortunate enough to have spent much of his life travelling, exploring much of Africa, Asia, and Central America. He’s always been inspired by the natural world, and driven by a fascination for wildlife and animals. He loves stepping off the beaten track, whether ambling through a new city or adventuring through an untouched rainforest. Namibia retains a special place in his mind, captivating with its majestic landscapes and exhilarating activities.
 
Vikki is a product and operations executive who has spent over 15 years in travel. She has visited many countries - including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mexico, USA, Thailand and the Caribbean. One of Vikki's favourite holidays was Canada, where she went on her honeymoon. Driving through the Rockies and seeing the spectacular mountain scenery was really special.
 
Ellen is a product and operations executive with over 10 years’ experience in the travel industry. She has worked on cruise ships and sailed throughout the Caribbean & Indian Ocean. She has also travelled extensively in the USA and has visited Mexico, South Africa, the Seychelles, India, Dubai, Bali, the Maldives, Thailand, Malaysia, Morocco, Cape Verde, Egypt and Mauritius. She now has South America in her sights.
 
Brian has travelled the world with his backpack and motorbike, including India, Asia and Europe. He has developed and manages our travel management system and website, and looks after our office technology. Brian is a keen rugby supporter and we doubt there is anyone alive who has attended more live Bruce Springsteen concerts than he has.
 
Bella is an integral member of our team. Along with long walks in the Hertfordshire countryside, she enjoys the occasional treat of cheese and keeps the team in good spirits. She is a good traveller, having visited Wales & the Lake District. She now has Scotland in her sights.
