Travel has always been a huge part of my life and it was my passion to share my experiences which led me to establish 2by2 Holidays over 15 years ago.
 
Since then our team has grown and we have expanded our holidays from the remarkable wildlife and cultures of Africa to the iconic sights of Latin America and the tigers and temples of India, But our values and ethos remain unchanged - to give you the most wonderful experience possible in a region of the world you never thought you would visit.
 
Our company name comes from the ancient legend of Noah's Ark, where all the animals of the world went into his giant boat 'two by two' to survive the great flood - and wildlife and conservation remain as precious and thrilling to us today.
 
My enthusiasm burns as brightly as ever and I'm involved in every aspect of the business, backed up by our superb travel team. Our love for travel has certainly rubbed off on our customers, with over a third returning year after year to explore a different country or revisit an old favourite. Whatever your passion and however complex your needs, our thoughtful approach and attention to detail will ensure your holiday is just right for you.

At 2by2 Holidays we are all passionate travellers. Our sales team and support staff regularly visit our destinations, ensuring our specialists knowledge remains up to date. Our service is truly bespoke and nothing is run of the mill. We are always happy to research and book unusual excursions and activities for you. We know that your holiday is very important and we always go the extra mile to make sure even the smallest details are looked after.
 
We believe that our tradition of customer service has contributed to our success in building strong, long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers. Our long-standing partnerships with our in-country tems, has also been an essentail ingredient in our success. Our staff are our greatest asset and we treasure them.

We strongly believe that travel should be a force for good, providing a crucial source of revenue for local communities. We want you to experience the very best holiday, but at the same time we wish to contribute something back to these communities wherever we can.
 
The national parks, reserves and wildlife sanctuaries that are included in our itineraries directly benefit from tourism and in many cases your income is vital to their survival. Many of the lodges we work with across Africa, Latin America and India support local projects such as childcare facilities, schools and health clinics, further improving local conditions.

Our Loyalty Scheme
 
To provide extra benefits to our many returning customers, our Customer Loyalty Scheme offers the following rewards:
 
SILVER tier - 2nd holiday:
Free Airport Lounge Pass at any UK departure airport.
 
GOLD tier - 3rd holiday onwards:
Free Airport Lounge Pass at any UK departure airport; AND
Free Door-to-Door Chauffeur Transfers in a standard saloon car from one address, within 25-miles (40 km) of any UK departure airport. You can pay to cover extra mileage (approx £1.75 per mile).

Our Gift Registry
 
We offer a customised Gift Registry service for Weddings, Honeymoons & other special occasions (eg Special Anniversaries).
 
This will allow friends & family to contribute towards specific components of your trip (eg room, hotel or flight upgrades) or make a general contribution as a gift.

Our ATOL Protection
Tour Operators in Africa
All our holidays are fully financially protected under one of the following schemes:
 
ATOL Bookings (i.e. where we book some or all of your flights):
 
Customers who commence their holiday with a flight from the United Kingdom are protected by way of our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) - number 9025 - held with the UK Civil Aviation Authority. If a travel firm or airline fails, the value of your entire holiday is covered, including flights and all ground arrangements. This includes repatriation if required.
 
UK residents who book their own international flights are also covered, provided we have booked at least one flight on your itinerary.
 
This protection is regulated by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and full details can be seen on their website: www.caa.co.uk.
 
OR
 
Non-ATOL Bookings (i.e. all other holidays)
 
Holidays that do not meet the above criteria are protected through our Tour Operator Insurance scheme, known as Travel Vault, which is administered by Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.
 
This includes flight-inclusive packages sold to non-UK residents that commence outside the UK, as well as non-flight packages, and includes repatriation if required.
