Privacy Policy & Cookies

We take your privacy very seriously. We work hard to ensure that our website collects no more information from you than is necessary and that any information we collect is secure, used responsibly and retained only for an appropriate period (normally 7 years after you have returned from your holiday). Your personal details will never be made available to a third party for marketing purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you and how we use it.

How We Collect Personal Information

We collect information about you when you make an enquiry about our products and services. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone numbers and details of your travel plans. We will only use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide you with the services, information or products you have requested.

We also collect information when you request a brochure, complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

If you book a holiday with us, we will ask you for additional necessary information including but not necessarily limited to passport details, emergency contacts, travel insurance, visas, dietary, health conditions and other special requirements. This will include details of friends or family who are accompanying you as part of the booking. Where you provide us with details about third parties, we ask you to confirm that you have obtained their consent to do this. We also ask that you tell them about this privacy policy and give them our contact details for any queries that may arise.

Where we use forms to collect sensitive data (eg our Booking Form), the page will be clearly marked as being secure and a "padlock" icon will display in your browser (usually bottom right or in your browser bar). We will retain these forms for an approproate period of time, taking into account our fiscal, legal and accounting responsibilities.

Remember that email is not necessarily secure and you should never send sensitive or personal information by email (eg credit card security codes).

If you ask to be kept up to date with special offers and other information, your email address will be used to send you our newsletter, but you are free to unsubscribe from this at any time using the link provided.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your information to process your holiday booking and ensure your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your needs. This requires us to pass on your information to our suppliers such as airlines, hotels, excursion providers and transport companies. Most of these suppliers are based outside the UK and Europe, where data protection laws are not as strong.

We also provide your information to government and public authorities, when we are required to do so to provide your holiday.

The data we collect is used to manage your account, personalise your use of the website and, if you agree, to contact you for marketing purposes about other products and services that we think may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, or if we have a legitimate interest to contact you, you may opt out of our newsletter at any time.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You also have the right to request that we correct or remove your data, when there is no legal basis for us keeping it. Please note that when these rights are exercised, we will conduct identification checks in order to ensure that your privacy is safeguarded.

If you want to amend any of the data we hold on you, please let us know.
