When to go to Antarctica

The best time to visit Antarctica is from December to February (summer) when there are long hours of daylight. Temperatures are generally between -5 and +5°C (20-40°F).
 
Although it can be quite sunny come prepared for rain, snow, fog and a high wind-chill factor.
