Grootkolk is a wilderness camp situated in Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, with an active waterhole visible from the cabin verandas. It offers four desert cabins made from sand bags and canvas, using solar power to minimize the environmental impact of tourism on the park. There is no restaurant so you need to self-cater, with communal kitchen and barbeque areas. The cabins come fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and linen but you need to bring your own food, water and firewood from Twee Rivieren.

Twee Rivieren is the largest rest camp in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. It is situated on the banks of the dry Nossob riverbed and has a restaurant, information centre, small shop, petrol and a swimming pool. Urikaruus Camp is situated on the bank of Auob River in Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. The camp is surrounded by Camelthorn trees and overlooks a very active waterhole.
