Day 1
You will be met at Mpumalanga Airport and transferred to your hotel situated near Hazyview on the scenic Panorama Route.

Check in and relax in this region that is famous for its beauty and wildlife.
Day 2
Today we recommend a tour of the beautiful Drakensberg Panorama Route, including a drive through the green Blyde River Canyon - the third largest in the world.

Enjoy wonderful views from Graskop Gorge Lift and God's Window, view the Three Rondavels and several lovely waterfalls. Also visit the unusual Bourkes Luck Pot Holes - cylindrical holes formed from the swirling waters of the Blyde and Treur Rivers.

We return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Tour departs Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday only.
Day 3
This morning visit Hazyview Elephant Sanctuary to experience a very special close-up encounter. You can walk with trunk in hand and feed two of these gentle giants, with total interaction time of 1.5-hours.

Afterwards transfer 1 to 3-hours (depending on its location) to your lodge in the world famous Kruger National Park. After checking into your lodge, enjoy your first thrilling game drive in an open-top vehicle accompanied by a ranger. Game viewing opportunities should present themselves almost immediately and hopefully you will see several species of antelope, zebra, wildebeest and maybe even giraffe today - as well as several of the Big Five - before dining under the stars in the atmosphere that only the African bushveld can provide.
Days 4 To 5
Rise at dawn to take advantage of the best game viewing conditions of the day, as you enjoy  thrilling shared open-top game viewing drive with a lodge ranger in the world famous Kruger National Park.

Explore some of this vast game sanctuary that is the size of Wales, offering magnificent game viewing opportunities and the highest concentration of lion in the whole of Africa. Hope to see several of the Big Five today - lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino - as well as many other species before returning to your lodge for breakfast.

The rest of the morning is free to relax by the swimming pool or enjoy bird watching at the lodge, before setting out again in the late afternoon for another game drive. With nearly 150 different species of mammals and over 100 species of reptiles in the Kruger National Park, you can hope to see cheetah, giraffe, hippo, kudu, crocodiles, sable antelope, waterbuck, warthogs, baboons, wild dogs and many other interesting animals. With over 500 different bird species including eagles, kingfishers, vultures and storks, outstanding bird watching is also guaranteed.

After a beautiful African sunset, enjoy the balmy evening and pristine stars of the Milky Way as you have never seen them before – as well as the spectacular Southern Cross.
Day 6
Enjoy some final early morning game viewing in the Kruger National Park.

Afterwards transfer 2-hours to Mpumalanga Airport for your onward flight.

You will be met at Cape Town Airport and transferred to your hotel in this beautiful city, within sight of Table Mountain.

Check in and relax in your magnificent surroundings.
Day 7
Today is free for independent sightseeing in Cape Town.

We recommend you purchase a day pass onboard the convenient Hop-Off Bus, which stops at all Cape Town’s key sights and beaches. The "Red Route" bus stops at the Table Mountain base station, where you can buy a ticket to ascend by cable car and enjoy one of the world’s most famous views. Continue to Camps Bay beach and the many attractions of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
Day 8
Today we recommend an optional full day shared tour to the beautiful Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you may see baboons, ostrich and perhaps even dolphins or whales in season (July/November).

Your tour travels through Hout Bay and along spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive to the Cape Point peninsula, returning via Simons Town, Fish Hoek, Constantia and Kirstenbosch Gardens. This is a scenic tour of the whole Cape Peninsula, with the optional opportunity of visiting the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
Day 9
Today we recommend an optional full day shared tour to the renowned Stellenbosch Winelands, travelling through the scenic Franschhoek Valley where a handful of French Huguenot refugees started South Africa’s now famous wine industry.

Explore the historic university town of Stellenbosch and several wine estates on this famous wine route, which stretched from Paarl through to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Enjoy a cellar tour and some wine tasting, before returning to Cape Town in the late afternoon.
Day 10
Transfer to Cape Town Airport for your onward flight.

You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport and transferred to your hotel near the mighty Zambezi River.

Check in, settle in and relax whilst you catch your first glimpses of the magnificent Smoke That Thunders first discovered by Dr. David Livingstone and still one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. The flow of water over the Victoria Falls is greatest from February to June following the summer rains, but they are a magnificent sight at any time of year.
Day 11
Today we recommend exploring on foot the mighty Victoria Falls and its rainforest, which offers magnificent views.

Afterwards you may wish to visit Elephants Walk, a small crafts complex across the road from The Kingdom hotel, where you can see talented local artists and sculptors at work and support them by buying one of their items. Alternatively you can participate in various optional activities, such as a helicopter flight over the falls or an elephant interaction.

In the late afternoon we recommend an optional Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River where you may see hippos, crocodiles and abundant bird life.

Note: We suggest you take your own raincoat for walking in the rainforest, as those on hire are well used.
Day 12
At leisure to explore the small town of Victoria Falls on the banks of the Zambezi River.

Many optional activities are available - such canoeing in the gentler rapids above the falls, abseiling or white water rafting in the turbulent gorge below the falls (grade 5). You can also watch bungi jumping from Victoria Falls Bridge.
Day 13
Transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight home.
