Black marlin is a speciality (mid-September to December) as well as sailfish (mid-May to mid-October), but these waters are also home to swordfish, big wahoo, benito, king & queen mackerel, giant trevally, yellowfin tuna, barracuda, groupers, snappers and various sharks – including Zambezi, dusky, blacktip, hammerhead and tiger. There are also inshore species for light tackle and fly fishermen. The practice here is tag and release.
